As one Las Flores decaf leaves, another arrives. Same coffee but Maria’s roasting profile gives us a different view of the same green. This time we have something that lands with an impression of ‘Amora’ - a class of Italian aperitif which usually taste of citrus and spice. Think Campari or Aperol spritz - a favourite decaf.
