Last up, in our expressive slot, is the ever-impressive Sweven (my core roaster). We revisit the El Diviso label, though this is a world away from the “Mint Choc Chip” coffee that recently featured on the menu.

Here, we’re firmly in bright, delicate fruit territory: watermelon, lime, and strawberry. The key was using our new V60-Slow method, allowing each flavour to stand on its own without the lime shouting too loudly.
