This coffee has just entered my top five coffees of all time — and it’s a decaf. But that shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone familiar with Drip, or Decaf Before Death. This coffee oozes class: rich, full-bodied, with big processed cherry notes. I can’t imagine a coffee further removed from the typical idea of decaf. And while that alone is important, it also stands entirely on its own — an incredible Ombligon offering from one of the world’s best producers and, in my opinion, THE world’s best decaf roaster.
