Rish are new on the scene, but they made a big entrance with a cupping at the world-famous Mow’s in Sheffield. We sourced a Liberica from them for February’s Flight Club (Non-Arabica Week) and were so impressed we had to bring them into the curation properly. They didn’t disappoint: a gorgeous Colombian Gesha with sweet jammy fruits, cakeyness, and even a touch of creamy custard. It can only mean one thing - a tasting impression of Jam Roly-Poly.
