This is a brilliant coffee from Jhoan Vergara, and one we’ll be diving into more deeply during Flight Club Temperature Week. I’m brewing this at 85°C - specifically because that’s where the orange aroma really rises from the brewer. A chocolatey, caramely full-bodied decaf to deny the haters.
