Extract are a fascinating roaster, catering for a wide range of coffee preferences. It’s their small-batch filter offerings that really catch my eye.

In one of our Origin slots this month, we have a mixed-varietal natural from Honduras. There’s something unmistakably marmalade-like here, but not the bitter Seville kind. Think sweet, rounded marmalade wrapped up in a full-bodied cup.
