I find Gesha’s often struggle to fulfil the interesting / exciting / story side of the coffees I sample — especially at (comparatively) lower price points. But I’m very pleased to report that this coffee made me genuinely happy. Gorgeous florals and sweet tea come through via a very delicate brewing approach. You’ll taste something akin to honeysuckle tea — and I love it when a floral note is so species-specific.
